IDVibes – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IDVibes. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

IDVibes is an AI-powered instructional design assistant that processes user-provided information to generate structured outputs such as outlines, summaries, and storyboards. The Service integrates with third-party large language model (LLM) providers via APIs.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• Access requires authentication via Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You agree to use the Service lawfully.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the documents and materials you upload. You represent that you have the legal right to upload such content.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers

User Content is transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate outputs. Data handling is subject to the respective provider's policies. IDVibes cannot guarantee zero data retention by such providers unless explicitly stated by them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully
• Upload malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Generate unlawful or infringing content

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of uploaded content. Platform software and branding remain the property of IDVibes.

8. Pricing

The Service is currently free. IDVibes reserves the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future.

9. Limitation of Liability

IDVibes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
